- For hair nourishment- wile in the shower melt coconut oil by running the jar under warm water. After shampooing apply coconut oil on wet strands and twist your hair into a bun. Leave it for 5 minutes before rinsing.
- To provide nourishment to the body- after the shower massage your body with coconut oil and lavender oil mixed in it.
- For chapped lips- dab coconut oil on your lips with your finger and use it daily.
- To help reduce weight- mix 1-2tbsp of coconut oil in a mug and add hot water, stir and drink.
- For teeth whitening- oil your teeth with coconut oil first thing in the morning, for 10-20 minutes. Do not swallow the oil.
